I am currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science Degree through Rice University's George R. Brown School of Engineering. I am strongly interested in full-stack software development. I enjoy using both the logical and creative sides of my brain and I hope to combine my love of graphic design and programming into a career in Computer Science.

Software Engineer Paid Intern / May - August 2022

Converted Python script into iOS mobile application programmed in Swift which converts Stargates (Oral-B's iO Sense toothbrush charging device) into ResHubs (custom firmware used by the Connected Home Research Team). Gained knowledge working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, Xcode programming IDE, and the Swift programming language.

eCommerce Data Analytics Paid Intern / June 2020 - May 2022

Worked with Olay's eCommerce Search Team on improving Olay.com, creative testing, and data analytics. Received Data Studio and Google Analytics certifications.

WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY

CS Research Intern / August 2019 - May 2021

Research the effects of implementing various levels of Upper Confidence Bound for Trees to the current Monte Carlo Tree Search algorithm for the high strategy game Dots and Boxes. Presented at Western Kentucky University's Math Symposium (2020, 2021), Undergraduate Research Conference (2020, 2021), National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) (2021), and the National Consortium of Specialized STEM Schools (NCSSS) Student Research Conference (2021).

Worked to develop web pages for Olay.com from idea to completion that presented Olay women in STEM and their partnership with Girls Who Code. We raised $250,000 for GWC!
